Fee and Tax Information:
We welcome pre-purchase inspection of all units. We are located in Tampa, Florida.

• We provide complimentary shuttle services to and from the Tampa International Airport, located minutes from Kuhn Honda-Volkswagen.
• All dealer fees are included in the selling price of the vehicle. This charge includes detailing the vehicle, inspecting the vehicleas well as miscellaneous operation/accounting costs.
• Our dealer services and vehicle preparation fees are collected by Direct Automotive Management, Inc., and are not required by law.
• Florida residents pay 6% state sales tax plus applicable county taxes. Out-of-State buyers must pay all applicable taxes in their home county and state.
• Buyers outside the state of Florida are responsible for their own title work and vehicle registration.
• The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS. We can help arrange shipping; your sales associate can provide more details.
• These are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold in as “As Is” condition. However, some vehicles may still be covered under factory warranty, a certified pre-owned warranty. However, an extended service contract may be purchased on most vehicles. Ask your sales associate for details.
• Vehicles that are older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.
• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle fails to meet you or your agents personal on-site inspection, deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle re-listing fees, and lost dealership productivity.
• All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Hillsborough County, Florida.
• It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be conducted in Hillsborough County, Florida.
• Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly due to local test driving, in-transit repairs, loading/unloading from transport vehicles and/or road testing.
• The State of Florida does not require a safety or emissions inspection. Kuhn Honda-Volkswagen is not responsible for any vehicle’s safety or emissions requirements in any state or country. The safety and/or emissions requirements for this vehicle are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Vehicle Condition:
As above, please keep in mind that no pre-owned vehicle is in perfect condition; expect some normal cosmetic and mechanical wear.
Terms of Sale:
As above, winning bidder MUST make a $200 eBay deposit within 24 hours or risk a no-sale default. If contact is NOT made within 24 hours of auction end, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle and sell it to the next highest bidder or sell it otherwise.
Financing:
Typically, finance institutions (banks and credit unions) do not finance vehicles older than model year 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Our preferred method of payment is wire transfer. We also accept Cash in Person, Cashier’s Check (clearance times on Cashier’s Checks vary from each finance institution and will affect pick-up and delivery of vehicles). Make sure if you are financing your purchase, that your financial institution accepts the year and mileage of this vehicle BEFORE bidding. We’ll be happy to help arrange financing for you. All of our vehicles are sold "AS IS" by Kuhn Honda-Volkswagen. “AS IS” means that Kuhn Honda-Volkswagen offers NO WARRANTY expressed, written or implied on this vehicle. On pre-owned vehicles, any warranty available is a remainder of the manufacturer’s original warranty or a manufacturer’s certified pre-owned program. Most vehicles offered qualify for an extended service contract to cover future mechanical issues. Please ask our ebay sales associate listing a vehicle of interest for more details regarding extended service contracts. Please remember you are buying a USED vehicle. This vehicle has appropriate cosmetic and mechanical wear for the age and mileage of the vehicle. Detailed pictures are listed to accurately represent the vehicle you are bidding on. Receiving Your Vehicle:
The Buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle purchased. Please call one of our ebay sales associates to schedule a pick-up time for your vehicle. If you are flying into Tampa, Florida to pick-up your vehicle, we’ll gladly meet you at Tampa International Airport and drive you back to our dealership. Shipping:
